During a consultation with one of our specialists, we take a comprehensive history to understand your child’s developmental and behavioural needs. The doctor will assess concerns, provide a tailored treatment plan, and recommend further testing if required.
During a consultation, our specialists address any general health concerns your child may have. These may include medical issues, food intolerances, allergies, learning or behavioural issues and the long-term management of chronic conditions.

We understand the importance of providing support and accurate medical care during the newborn period. Our paediatricians offer consultations for newborn feeding and settling issues, growth concerns, and specific medical conditions.
Our psychologists provide comprehensive psychometric testing to support the diagnosis and management of behavioural and developmental conditions such as ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, intellectual delay, and learning difficulties. We deliver detailed reports using assessments including the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test, and additional questionnaires for parents, caregivers, and teachers.
Our education consultant, who has over 30 years of experience, performs certified literacy and numeracy tests for children with diagnosed learning difficulties or those struggling academically. These objective assessments track progress after changes to learning strategies or medication.
We also provide assessments for HSC students seeking extra exam provisions in line with NESA guidelines.
Our speech pathologists deliver evidence-based therapy as part of our paediatric health service, helping children improve communication, speech clarity, and language development. The speech pathologists conducts a range of assessments to understand your child’s strength & weaknesses.
ADOS-2 (autism) assessments are also available. The results are explained to you along with any intervention recommendations.
Ongoing speech, language and literacy intervention is available and is conducted in one-on-one sessions tailored to your child’s goals. Our speech pathologist is passionate about collaborative, family centred, evidence-based practice and ensures that therapy is engaging and enjoyable.

We offer telehealth appointments for some consultations. To schedule one, speak with our reception team, who will confirm if telehealth is suitable for your appointment. We do not provide initial consultations via telehealth. If you book a telehealth appointment, please ensure your child is present, otherwise Medicare will not provide a rebate.
